Polypropylene Honeycomb Pallets is our proven product. Continuous Fiber Reinforced Themoplastic Aviation Pallet, produced by Chongging Van-Research is made of continuous glass fiber reinforced PP sheets as the surface layer and PP honeycomb core as the core layer. It is manufactured through hot melt compounding into sheets and then by hot melt welding to attach the pallet legs.

It possesses the following advantages:

1.Environmentally friendly: No wood or adhesives are used, no harmful gas emissions, and it is safe for direct contact with food. 2.Corrosion resistance: No metal connectors are used, and it exhibits excellent resistance to acid and alkali Corrosion.

5.Excellent high and low-temperature resistance: Can be used normally from -40° C to 80° C.
