Refrigerated Truck Body Features and Structure Introduction

The insulated truck body is the main component of the refrigerated truck, and its performance directly determines the special performance of the refrigerated truck. 

The structure of a refrigerated truck body usually has:

1.  The overall skeleton type rigid polyethylene foam board filling structure;

2.  The overall skeleton polyurethane foaming structure;

3.  Large-plate splicing hard polyurethane injection foaming structure;

4.  Insulated car body combined with an open "sandwich" board;

5.  Insulated car body bonded with fully enclosed polyurethane panels.

In the mechanical connection mode, the connecting member and the connected member are mostly made of a metal material, which increases the mass of the car and reduces the payload of the car.  The adhesive type not only has high strength, but also uniform force, which also reduces the quality of the car body.  When the all-plastic polyester car produced by KOGEL in Germany is assembled, it is easy to apply the high-strength adhesive to the joints of the plates.  The process is simple and the strength is very reliable.  Take the connection between the side plate and the bottom plate as an example, the connection width is 100mm, and the high-strength polyurethane adhesive is used for bonding (peeling strength up to 9N/mm2).  The adhesion per meter length can reach 9*10.  N. If rust-proof aluminum rivets are used, the rivet force of each diameter of 5mm is 3000N, and the nipple distance is 100mm.  The joint force per meter length is only 3*10 fourth power N , only 1/30 of the bonding strength of the adhesive.

According to the International Health Organization, the inner wall of the compartment of a vehicle that transports food must be made of stainless steel.  In the past, the inner wall of the refrigerated truck or the insulated car was generally made of FRP material, and the glass fiber, resin and other stupid substances were harmful to the human body and may cause secondary pollution to all foods.  Similarly, the sealing strip for food refrigerated trucks must also be made of silicone rubber that is harmless to the human body and is strictly prohibited from being made of ordinary black rubber.  At present, the inner wall and door sealing strip of refrigerated compartments have been manufactured in the country by internationally recognized stainless steel, PVC and silicone rubber materials.
